ScrapTiffany Holiday Blog Hop

Below are some step by step photos to help you do each of the items above.

I used a template for this hat

Attached ribbon and trim , and you're done.

for napkin holder, make a roll from chipboard as shown

adhere ruffles and ribbon on to the chipboard roll.

I attached a few more embellishement to complete this card

Lastly, a small gift for the guest.
